I finally watched OUAT 1x13 en totale (and it was pretty much a shit show compared to last week) but I was getting REALLY pissed about Emma from the very start…When/Why/HOW did ‘Only one knows the truth and only one can break her spell’ become ‘Who knows the truth and who can break the spell?’
Really? Then you have your hero go with the Stranger with the Serial Killer Name on HIS VEHICLE to an SECOND LOCATION NEVER GO WITH A HIPPIE TO A SECOND LOCATION GOD abandoned well and then proceed to drink ‘magic’ water that somehow only he knows about.
Really? Then you have her just find the book. In a sewer. While she’s being watched from literally!LITERALLY two feet away. AND YOU HAVE HER BE LIKE WHAT OTHER EXPLANATION IS THERE?
The ONLY way that any of this is acceptable is if The Stranger is future!Henry and they go full ‘Back to the Future’ on us (I mean, they did reference Tron, so COME ON! I’m glad he will be sticking around. I actually like him. I feel like people aren’t giving him a chance because they’re too emotionally invested in Swan Queen becoming actualized but he’s an interesting character and his story line really has me intrigued.
Sorry to jump on your post, but actually my reservations have nothing to do with Swan Queen. I tagged my post ‘Come back Graham’. They mainly have to do with ‘Emma as the hero’ potentially being sidelined for this guy. I am interested in how he fits in the story but I don’t like the way they’ve set it up with Emma just being played by him. What can I say, I smell fried baloney all over him right now. You know, ‘cause of the serial killer name and such.

This gives me so many feelings!!! This was my secret ship since the show started and now… well, you know…

Oh em gee. Evil Charming (re) meet-cute!!! I mean, it is just the classic, age-old story, isn’t it? Boy meets girl. Boy doesn’t realize girl has cursed him and his entire family into oblivion and a life-long obsession with flannel shirts (He’s clearly a never-(not) flannel. THERE ARE DOZENS OF US!). Girl also has a mystical, psycho-sexual connection to boy’s daughter, who he doesn’t know is his daughter and *she* doesn’t know she’s his daughter and vicey versey cause they’re also all the same age, what with all the time stoppage, and whose son, boy’s grandson, girl adopted and has been raising as her own for the past ten years. And OHHH and how could I forget, girl has also been trying, kind of weirdly majorly unsuccessfully, to kill boy’s one true love, her former step-daughter, for most of her adult life.
